Tournament Format & Rules
Two Person Quota

Tournament field will be flighted by handicap. All handicaps will be verified and may be changed at the discretion of the tournament committee. The number of flights and the flight breakdowns will be determined after the field is complete.
Two Person Stableford Rules
Every player has a quota and the object is to make as many points as possible over your quota. For first time players, your quota is calculated by subtracting your handicap from 36. For example, if you are a 7 handicap, you must make 29 points to reach your quota or a 20 handicap must earn 16 points. The player/team with the most points over their quota is the winner. Each player will have their quota adjusted after the first round.
A team (pairs) version of single stableford where all scores count on every hole. Each player must record a score on each hole and the scores of both players are added together for the total points on each hole. The result for the round is then calculated and recorded by adding the total point scores for each pair. The points scoring system is the same for a single stableford.
Point System
Scoring is done using the quota system. Points are earned or lost for each hole played according to the following schedule:
EAGLE: 8 Points
BIRDIE: 4 Points
PAR: 2 Points
BOGEY: 1 Point
DOUBLE BOGEY: -1 points
The team with the highest point total wins the competition
