Your 2019 welcome gifts and VGT Membership Credentials will be available at our Opening Event on March18th – The Brad Garside Open, or at your first VGT event. If you aren’t going to play an event for a while, and require your membership credentials & member gifts sooner, please email heidi@vancouvergolftour.com to arrange for pick-up from our Burnaby office.

 

For the 6th straight year GOLF GENIUS has signed on as our Official Scoring Solutions Provider, and they have gone above and beyond to help customize their software to make your VGT Tournament registration experience very simple, even for those not tech savvy golfers!

 

 

 

 

FOR FIRST TIME 2019 VGT MEMBERSHIP LOG-IN:

 

Please log-in one of 2 ways:

 

EXISTING MEMBERS:

Use the temporary link GOLF GENIUS provides you in your welcome email (comes right after this email) or sign-out of the GOLF GENIUS App, and sign back in through the 2019 VGT league.

 

NEW MEMBERS:

Use your Email Address and temporary GOLF GENIUS password that is sent to you as follows:

Click: “SIGN-IN

ENTER Your Email Address

Enter Temporary Password: xxxx

 

MEMBERSHIP PORTAL LOG-IN:

 

1.      BY SMARTPHONE OR TABLET:

a.      Download the FREE “GOLF GENIUS” APP:

b.      Register with your username (email address) and password provided by GOLF GENIUS in your email

 

2.      FROM YOUR PC:

a.      Click http://MYVGT.COM

b.      Click “SIGN-IN”

c.      Enter your email address and password provided by Golf Genius

 

Once you are logged in, you can view all the events on our calendar and manage your schedule with ease. 

 

TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION PROCESS:

 

  1. FROM GOLF GENIUS PLAYER APP:

 

  1. Sign-in to the APP with your email and password Golf Genius provided
  2. Click ‘2019 VGT’
  3. Click ‘Member Portal’
  4. Click ‘Tournaments’
  5. Click ‘Round Signup’
  6. Click ‘sign-up’ on event you want to register for
  7. Click ‘OK’ to confirm your registration
  8. Finalize registration by confirming your payment (see options below)

 

 

  1. FROM YOUR DESKTOP:

 

  1. Log-in at http://myvgt.com
  2. Click “2019 VGT Summer” tab
  3. Click “Sign-up” on event you wish to register
  4. Check and make sure the button is GREEN “you are signed up’
  5. Finalize your registration by confirming payment (see below)

 

CONFIRMING PAYMENT:

 

UN-REGISTERING

To un-register, click ‘Cancel Sign-up’ or ‘Cannot Play’ and Click ‘OK’ before the registration deadline to late withdrawal avoid penalties (usually 72 hours in advance). Check you are confirmed on the players' list for all VGT ‘in-house’ events

 

  • Click Tournaments
  • Click the event you are playing
  • Click Tee-times / Player List
  • OR go to the website: http://vancouvergolftour.com
  • Click “Tee-times”
  • Select the tournament you registered for
  • (Player’s lists for partner events such as the Golden Ears and Chilliwack Open are also found here but may not be ‘live’ and so players should contact the host course for player’s lists.)

 

  • Follow any VGT tournament (scores, stats) on your phone LIVE from the APP
  • Review past tournament results & analyze personal statistics
  • Track player of the year points and most improved player by handicap
  • BE SOCIAL! Connect with your fellow members, arrange tee-times/matches and post pictures and make comments…Nice Comments!

All of our events can be found on the tournament calendar and will be open for registration through the member’s area usually 8-10 weeks prior to the event.
